Congratulations to the bands that represented Region 28 at the State Honor Band Competition.  The state results were:  in class 5A: Lopez H.S. was 5th, and Harlingen H.S. was 12th in the state.  In class 3A:  Port Isabel H.S. was 3rd and Rio Hondo H.S. came in 6th place at the state level.
